Commercial Lines

Laurel is a Cleveland native attending Elyria Catholic High School and Baldwin-Wallace College.  She began her insurance career in 1991 as a Commercial Marketing Representative for Westfield Insurance working in both the Bowling Green and Cleveland service offices.  After taking time off to raise a family, Laurel returned to the insurance industry in 2013, joining Insurance & Financial Services as a Commercial Marketing Representative. She enjoys working with both the customers and companies to put together comprehensive insurance programs geared towards their specific business needs.  Laurel is married to her husband Joe and has two daughters, Maria and Gianna.  

Rita McCallister has worked for our agency since 1986.  She enjoys working as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative noting, “There is always something different that makes my job interesting”. Outside of work, Rita is very involved with her church volunteering her time as a choir member, music director, deaconess, plus other duties.  She is also part of a ladies Book Club.  Her biggest joy, though, is her two children: Son, Daniel & Daughter, Megan!

Peggy Galleti has worked for Insurance & Financial Services as our bookkeeper since 1997. Over her many years of employment with us Peggy has seen major changes from a basic accounting system initially to a computerized agency management system.
