Denise Basil has has worked as a customer service representative for Insurance & Financial Services since 1991. She has worked her entire insurance career with Insurance & Financial Services. Denise has continued her insurance education and training over her extensive time in the business. Denise prides herself in providing personal service to her clients as she serviced their insurance needs for so many years.

Kathy Bruno has worked for The Graydon Company as a customer service representative since 1985. Over her 30+ years of working here she has come to know her clients very, very well. Kathy has also continued her education and training during her many years of working in the insurance industry.

Karen Genovese has worked as a customer service representative for Insurance & Financial Services since 1995. Her insurance career includes having worked for insurance companies as well as other agencies and spans more than 30 years. Karen enjoys a close working relationship with her clients and prides herself for continually improving her knowledge and expertise in our ever changing insurance industry.
