Tim Graydon started working for The Graydon Company in 1982. He joined his Dad, Don Graydon who had been managing the agency for 30 years before Tim joined. Don joined his Dad, Gardner Graydon in 1952 and Gardner worked with his Dad and incorporated the agency in 1939. The Graydon Company has been managed by 4 generations of Graydon family! Tim Graydon graduated from Bowling Green State University with a specialized degree in risk management and insurance. Tim has been very active in local and state insurance trade organizations over the years and has also earned his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Tim and his wife and three children reside in North Royalton, Ohio. He has been active civically having served as President of the Parma Rotary Club.

Pete Graydon began his insurance career working for USF & G Insurance upon his graduation from Bowling Green State University. Pete also earned a specialized degree in risk management and insurance from BG. He joined The Graydon Company in 1987 and partnered with his Dad, Don and his brother Tim. Pete, his wife and two children reside in Wadsworth, Ohio where Pete has been active in school athletics with his children. Pete has continued his insurance education since joining the agency. Pete has also been active civically having served as President of the Parma Heights Kiwanis Club.

Kevin Toole began his insurance career working for Westfield Insurance as a field underwriter. After spending 15 years working with Westfield Kevin joined the WJ Flaherty Company in 2000 as a partner with Gene Wetzel. Gene had been working at the WJ Flaherty Company for some 50 years when Kevin Toole began working there. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Baldwin Wallace College. He has continued his insurance education having earned a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Kevin and his wife and seven children reside in Lakewood, Ohio. Kevin has been very active in his local church and coaching of youth basketball and cross country.
