Grayon-Toole Group was not born overnight. In fact, we are over eight decades in the making. We started with humble beginnings in the 30's, pushing paper and providing insurance services to the city of Cleveland. This was before fancy software, nearly instant quotes, or even the internet. Even in writing this blog post we became interested in seeing what a 1930's office might look like.(Give yourself the treat of looking at these photos from the office space of this decade.)Technology will always continue to change, automate, and simplify our lives though there is one thing that it will never replace- the trust and bond that takes place with face-to-face contact and a trusting relationship. This has been our focus since our founding- embrassing technology while maintaining a strong and loyal relationship with our clients. So while you will now know us as the Graydon Toole Group, an insurance firm focused on getting you the best coverage for the best price, know that we will not stray from our roots of providing exceptional services everyday. Coming summer of 2017, we will be upgrading our office and moving to a new building allowing us to hire more staff and be a greater part of the community we
